Forge designed a new leathered granite, stainless steel and glass entrance, cantilevered canopy, and lobby interior for this historic property. Refined details such as a chevron tile floor, walnut slab desk, and honed marble wall cladding at the interior provided a much-needed touch of luxury to what had been a workaday building lobby. At the exterior, new elements in addition to the entry and canopy included updated building signage with accent lighting and planters.
