Forge designed all new fenestration and entrances for these two adjacent properties owned by Bonafide Estates. New custom metalwork paneling and glazed storefronts were created to match the existing cast-iron detailing on these historic buildings, while updating and opening the entrance lobbies and increasing visibility for the retail tenants. Dated finishes in the lobbies of both buildings were gutted and the spaces re-clad in marble paneling and wood ceilings. Finishes in all elevator cabs were also replaced along with lighting and controls. Additionally, Forge provided turnkey tenant fitouts for multiple floors in both buildings for clients such as DoorDash and M Sciences.
